Greetings FAnFA Members!

The TERMS OF SERVICE are a living document. Any listed criteria may be subject to change with or without notice. Those with paid transactions during a change will have the TOS at the time of the transaction honored until completion of the commission.

Age and Participation
All ages are welcome to join the Free Games/Contests we host. If we are hosting a Raffle or you are interested in a commission, you MUST be 18+ in order to participate with no exceptions.
Payments
We accept payments through Ko-fi for any of our paid content. We will not accept alternate forms of payment at this time, so we please ask that you use the tools available to everyone if you wish to send funds. If you win a Raffle, you will be subject to only the prize we offered at the beginning. No alternate prizes or redemptions will be made available. We run a no purchase necessary page and have alternate methods of entry available as well. Producing visual media in the context of our game universe or producing a 99-word narrative in that respect also qualify individuals as eligible entrants.
Refunds
Due to the small values exchanged, we will not issue refunds on our transactions. Please be wary of this if you have any concerns. The ONLY exception to this is on private game commissions: if a refund is requested, we will work with the commissioner to arrange fair compensation.
Timeline
Our goal is to post daily updates on our page. However, we cannot guarantee perfect consistency in our posts. In the event of any missed posts, we will attempt to make up lost time by increasing our daily post amount.
Media Ownership
Our game process was designed using free assets. FAnFA does not own assets used in our posts, but we retain rights to the format in which they are employed here. Additionally, our format is inspired by similar styles of games/pages from prior experiences and peers. Please understand we have done our best to make our experiences transformative enough to respect the original works from which we were inspired. Also note that we will ask for image references to use for avatar representatives. We do not claim ownership of these avatars, but do claim rights to the format in which they are employed. Media generated is not to be used in blockchain technology in any way. AMOE submissions remain in ownership of the original creators, but we reserve the rights to post them with due credit on our social media.
Community
FAnFA strives to host a safe and welcoming community. Please be respectful of one another. Generally, ratings for our content and community are approximately PG-13/E10-T.
Violations
Any violations of our TOS will be cautioned with warnings at first. Terminations of projects may also occur depending on the violation. Continued violations will result in banishment from FAnFA and blocking further communications.
