Its honestly depend on a idea for a theme. like they are the standard fursonas, but there are also hybrids that maybe fun or they are the mythical ones, and there the community creation to pick from. you can also make you own strange creature and make a fursona out of it. but if you want the same character for different situations, you could make it a shapeshifter, pick something for it now and than give a true form later. but those are just some stuff that I thought of, but the important thing is to keep true too you. hope this helps.

I'm also quite fond of the shapeshifting notion. We'll probably take both of those details into heavy consideration for fursona development since we'd also like to incorporate said fursona into the community events we coordinate!

I like the way you think! Those ideas fit well into our community narrative and I'm definitely fond of the fundamental elements of design you suggested! Not sure if we could live up to Perry the Platypus standards, but it's definitely being considered too XD But in all honesty, those species suggestions paired with the arcane design feel like they check off some good boxes in what we would hope to design!

Since your channel is about inviting characters for a dungeon crawl perhaps a creature associated with adventure or dungeons might work. Some suggestions are a Cerberus, Spinx, Mimic, Hydra, Dragon, and minotaur to name a few. Though I think perhaps giving a face to the "Guild Healer" that accompanies the party would be cool too. Perhaps that one could be the fursona of the channel? On that note someone cloaked to hide their identity or they could just be a cat. A cat seems fitting. Though that's just me

Ooh, those mythical beasts would serve as a really good base or mix-in for the kind of character we would want to design, and you hit the nail right on the head about the purpose behind it too! Giving the Guide Healer more of a name and face rather than a title would add some dimension to him and our games too. Definitely going to be considering these suggestions heavily!

I like that mode of thinking! Perhaps the fursona would not be used as a page representative, but more of an NPC in the community-wide games in that case? Perhaps we messed up our terminology there too since that might be perceived more like a character or oc than a fursona at that point. Still, we have some motivation for personal involvement in the creation process too! One way or another, the insight is greatly appreciated!
