What's the $15/15?
Simple. You come to the stream, you buy a 15 minute time slot from me. During that time, I will draw you a bust of your character. There will be a timer on screen, to provide transparency and proof that you're getting your entire time.
Examples of what's possible in that time slot, save the one titled "Twisted Oak", which was done in the space of two:
