Here's my TOS:

=Timeline=
Commissions take anywhere from 1 - 3 weeks to complete. If additional time is necessary to complete a commission then you will be contacted about such.

=Payment=
All payments will be handled by using Paypal up front before work begins. I require the customer's email so as to send them an invoice.

=Right to Refuse=
The artist retains the right to refuse, cancel, or decline a commission if they choose to. If they do so, they will refund the person who commissioned the artwork.

=Banned Content=
- Underage

COMMISSION PRICES
Sketch: €10 +€5 per additional character
Lineart: €15 +€7.50 per additional character
Greyscale Shaded: €20 +€10 per additional character
Flat Color: €25 +€12.50 per additional character
Full Color - Cell Shaded: €30 +€15 per additional character
Full Color - Full Shading: €35 +€17.50 per additional character
