Twitter is garbage and anyone that went there just got less views from me, since I don't so much as even log in to Twitter, it's not a image gallery and useless to me, no use for it and no offense to anyone who chooses to use it but anyone that does just looses my view on whatever content only goes there. Welcome back. I too despise Twitter and wish it wasn't the go-to site for most artists. The endless, tedious scrolling exhausts me within minutes, and it's impossible to find anything. Plus, I just feel unsafe being there, never knowing what I might do or say that'll make me become the hot new Twitter target of the day.

I left Twitter more than a year ago. That alone did wonders for my mental health, but it sounds like it got even worse once I was gone.

Yeah not going to lie FA can have problems but FA has a lot of benefits that Twitter and other places don't have which sometimes mean more then what those sites focused on so, this is a better site to use most of the time

Twitter was always a cesspool, it wasn't designed for artists, it was made for people to spout snippets and jokes in 140 characters. Everyone I know says Twitter has them feeling more depressed, more neglected/forgotten feeling...but people still flock there

I have been wanting to leave Twitter so bad lately however the few artists I follow their I would miss seeing their work, I don't know what to do. It has just gotten so unbearably toxic lately.

What I hate most is you can't view NSFW content on Discord now without having to make a Twitter account or using fxtwitter. However, that will only show the first image.

I'm not surprised you decided to come back from Twitter. I only jumped on there to get in contact with one artist, and the toxic radiation from the rest of the site really dragged down my social and mental health. I felt leagues better once I bailed. Social media is such a crapshoot. >O<;

Yeah, as shitty as the higher up's in FA are, at least (for the moment) they don't tend to shove their views onto their users outside of the obnoxious censoring of any sort of negative world view/word toward other users. And while that's abhorrent in a lot of ways when it comes to getting actually terrible people off the site, at the very least it's easy to ignore and live in a bubble here, where as twitter is literally designed to throw controversial shit at your face and make you feel like crap because that's what makes humans poke the twits more.

So ya, strongly encourage, I don't partake in the site and never plan to, and never look at anyone that chooses it over any other option. So personally would be happy to see you back here more ^^.

Lol you know my stance on twitter well. I've never maintained more than a placeholder account there, and steer well clear of it and it's army of Twitter law enforcement officers, err members. I don't really want to have every single thing I say and do scrutinised and having to triple check the political, racial, sexual and other correctness of any given post before I post it for dear of inciting an angry mob lol. I've seen too many horror thing happen there where someone basically gets publically torn down for very little reason or worse false allegations that then still go on to permanantly damage that person's rep within the community even if they are innocent.

Tbh I've only been to Twitter because I tend to find a lot of folks here update more frequently to Twitter and slowly abandon FA itself, if they have an FA to begin with even. Either way, I've been following you here already and look forward to more updates and the like!

Considering my past experiences with people, I tend to stay away from most public forums. People really don't know how to interact with others and often say things they would normally not say out in public, but given how things are progressing, even that isn't working much anymore. People are just becoming crazier and more unhinged. I really don't want to re-experience what turned my life upside down all over again, you know? The smaller the clique, the more safe I feel. I have way too much to lose and so little to gain.
