Russian troops strike at civilians yet again

I've compiled a couple of news that I'm gonna summarize briefly for you guys regarding the war in Ukraine

At least 39 people were killed and 87 wounded in a missile strike on Friday on a railway station in Kramatorsk east Ukraine that was packed with women, children and elderly trying to flee fighting, Ukrainian authorities said.
Officials said many of the wounded had lost limbs and were being operated on after the strike in the city of Kramatorsk, which President Volodymr Zelenskiy said was a deliberate attack on civilians using a Tochka U short-range ballistic missile.
"Lacking the strength and courage to stand up to us on the battlefield, they are cynically destroying the civilian population," Zelenskiy said in a statement. "This is an evil that has no limits. And if it is not punished, it will never stop."
European Union foreign policy chief Josep Borrell, on Twitter, and British defence minister Ben Wallace, during a visit to Romania, both denounced the attack.

German Intelligence states that they intercepted radio messages of russian soldiers and officer discussing the Bucha massacre while it was being conducted, giving further proof that the action was planned and deliberate.
Russian forces also conducted military maneuvres in the russian exclave of Kaliningrad which is that small russian strip of land nestled between NATO members Poland and Lithuania. Alexander Gruschko, russian vice foreign minister, threatened and warned european nations against any actions directed against the exclave.

According to Ukraininan President Wolodymyr Selenskyj, ukrainian intelligence is in possession of evidence for russian war crimes. messages by russian soldiers to their families bragging about items they have stolen or people they have abducted have been intercepted and recorded. there have also been pilots who were captured with maps that mark civilian areas for bombing in their possession.
Josep Borrell Fontelles, High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy for the EU, will soon meet Karim Khan, who will be chief prosecutor for the international criminal court regarding russian war crimes conducted in Ukraine.
Ukraine has vowed to complete and submit a questionnaire handed to them by the EU within one week. completing this questionnaire is the official first step to begin official talks to become a member and join the European Union.

Now we need something that allows members of both NATO and the EU to extend the protection provided by NATO Article 5 to countries that are members of the EU but not NATO.
