1. Can you cook?
Yes. I'd like to learn more, but I enjoy cooking, and people usually like what I cook. : )
2. What was your dream growing up?
Originally, I thought I wanted to be a veterinarian. I also wanted to be a preacher for a brief time in my early life. I decided I didn't like the downsides of becoming a veterinarian, and that they were important enough to me that I didn't feel like accepting them. So I guess it wasn't my calling. As for the latter, I have changed my spiritual beliefs a lot since I was a kid, and did eventually take a vow as clergy, though a very different sort of clergy than I once thought I'd become. : )
3. What talent do you wish you had?
Heck, there's several I wish I had. How about the talent to make enough money to do the things I really want to do?
4. Favorite place?
Part of what makes a place (and time) work for me is the people I'm sharing it with.
But from just mostly the _place=place_ point of view, of the places I've been, I think the Athens, Georgia of a few years ago is my favorite so far.
5. Favorite vegetable/s?
Oh... so many. But brussels sprouts, onions, garlic, potatoes, and leeks jump right to mind.
6. What was the last book you read?
I am re-reading the Coldfire trilogy by C.S. Friedman, and just finished the second book yesterday, and will probably finish the third today. I'm not sure I recall what the last book was that I hadn't already read before though.
7. What zodiac sign are you?
Cancer.
8. Any Tattoos and/or Piercings?
I have a small linework tattoo on my right index finger, that I got as a reminder of my vow as clergy and shaman, and coyote-person. : )
I have another small linework tattoo on my left upper shoulder, that is a stylized representation of my mate's initials. We got those instead of wedding rings. He jokes that we can't get divorced unless we're ready to use a cheese-grater on our arms.
9. Worst Habit?
Probably procrastination.
10. What was the last thing you touched besides the keyboard?
My PDA.
11. What is your favorite sport?
Not into sports, so don't have a favorite.
12. Negative or Optimistic attitude?
I try to remain (what I think is) realistic but maintain a positive attitude, and not use either pointless optimism or pessimism as excuses.
13. Can you eat 50 hot wings?
Probably not - any more.
14. Worst thing to ever happen to you?
Oh heavens, I don't want to pick one, or dwell on one. Suffice to say that I'm confident that I've dealt with the worst things to have happened to me in a relatively healthy way.

I like liquid latex bodypaint. Not that you don't know that. : )
16. Do you have any pets?
My mate has a pet... that I _suppose_ <sigh> I should also consider mine. ; )
17. What’s the weirdest pet you’ve owned?
Some crayfish. They were fun - I liked them. I've had snakes, fish, dogs, cats, a parakeet, and in my youth, the occasional ill-fated lizard as pets.

19. What is the dumbest thing you’ve done while intoxicated?
Let a friend who couldn't handle his liquor drink too much, without trying to get him to cut down sooner (it was dumb because I didn't notice the real warning signs in time, and trusted him to manage himself, even though others had told me he tended to completely act like an ass).
20. If you could change one thing about how you look, what would it be?
I'd want to be an anthro coyote instead of a human, of course. Does that count as one thing? : ) Other than that, no... I'm pretty comfy with how I look. I suppose it might be nice to look more fit, but I wouldn't go too far out of my way to wish for it. : )
21. Weapon of choice?
Ethics. In an actual "what if you were in a real fight, you dork, stop dodging the question", I suppose my bare hands.
22. What color eyes do you have in real life?
Brown.
23. Ever been arrested?
No.

I'm not a big beer drinker, but I suppose bottle.
25. If you found a $100 bill on the ground, what would you do?
If I saw it drop from someone, I would give it back to that someone. If I didn't see that happen, then I'd keep it.
I'd ask around if anyone lost some money, without saying how much, though, to see if that might help me find the original owner.
26. What kind of bubble gum do you prefer to chew?
I dunno. I rarely chew gum. Something tart or apple-flavored, I guess.

In a friend's home, rather than a public place.

Cool, but not too cold.

Read or converse with friends.

Naked. Or if I'm actually wearing clothes, black jeans and a t-shirt, with comfortable, workaday shoes or boots.

I have a lot of images I like, and don't think I could really pick just one.

Wow. Eight. And that's just my browser. Twelve if I count all of them from other programs.
38. What's your desktop image?
The first photo (I think) that I took with my old digital camera a few years ago, when I could afford toys. It is a mostly dark image of the office I had in a house I lived in in Athens a few years ago. I liked it there, and liked the office, and it makes me happy to see that image in the background when I work. : )
39. What shampoo do you use?
I just use bar soap, since I shave my head anyway, and bar soap works fine on my scalp.
40. What cologne do you use?
I don't wear cologne. Once in a _great_ rare while I've been known to dab a little frankincense or frankincense & myrrh, or rosewood essential oil on, but I don't think I have in years.
