1. Not to be used for commercial purposes. All writing is personal use only.
2. You may only upload to character storage sites or anything similar (Toyhou.se, Buzzly, etc). If you would like to see your commissioned work hosted elsewhere, all works will be posted across all currently registered accounts under the username SquishyDicks.
3. If you wish for a work to remain anonymous or private, please let me know at any point during the commission process. I can either post the works across social medias and credit "anonymous" or for an extra fee, I will not post the work anywhere.
4. Please see my "Do's and Don'ts" for a list of what I am comfortable writing. If what you are asking for is on the list of dont's, I will deny your request.
5. I have the right to create commissioned works in the order I see fit based on inspiration levels, and I have the right to refuse service for any reason.
6. Refunds may only be requested before the finished product is completed. Once the product is completed, I do not offer refunds. If you are unhappy with anything, I am more than happy to make any suggested edits to make a story fit more with your ideas or if I make any mistake in characterization.
7. Payment is due before starting the commission. I am willing to offer a 200-250 word preview
8. I retain all rights to the writing itself and any made-up characters used for the story. Any characters owned by the commissioner are owned by the commissioner and I make no claim to own them. (or in the case of fanfiction, any characters not owned by myself or the commissioner are the intellectual property of the creators of said media the fanfiction is derived from)
