Do you ever feel like a failure or an artist?
Like, the people around you are improving and you just feel stuck. I have friends around me who I feel like I used to be in par with now have surpassed me as artist, I know I don't draw much do to being busy or just emotional stuff giving me art block.
I feel like my art and style is subpar, and I've basically never draw NSFW art start to finish.
Now I don't think a furry artist has to draw NSFW or yiff to be successful, but I feel left behind because I've never truly tried....I've had ideas but I haven't put pet to whatever and drawn it out. And I know a good number of furries go for wanting NSFW artist to commissions, but this isn't even about commissions or money and I haven't lost motivation...I just feel stuck.
I've thought about looking for a mentor or someone to challenge me, though I don't know who'd be willing to mentor and teach me. I don't wanna beg or bother someone with such a request but I would still like to improve in my art and art style.
