It's finally happened; A real Nightclub doing a Furry night?

Today, as I was getting my Lunch in Newcastle between lectures, I was handed a flyer by a young girl who casually stated, "Furry night!"
Seeing as being assailed with Nightclub flyers is a fairly common random encounter in Newcastle, I wasn't really paying attention and it took a few seconds for the penny to drop. I looked at the flyer.

On the front of the flyer was a picture of four guys in boiler suits with animal heads and gloves.
Now, were I not in a hurry to get to my next lecture, I might have gone back and asked questions.
There was a web address on the flyer, www.mishmashevents.com which I visited, had to sign up to for information (the swine!) and found sweet nothing more out, apart from the location:
Cosmic Ballroom, Stowell Street, Chinatown, Newcastle
I've heard of the Cosmic Ballroom, there's supposed to be some pretty funky stuff goes down there.
The flyer states, "STARTS 29TH OCT 09" at "11 TIL 3AM" and also that it'll be £5 on the door.
Now if I had some effing money that I could afford to spend, I'd give some serious consideration to checking out these claims of a Furry night. If Furry isn't just a word that the flyer girl picked up from 4chan and this is seriously something that a real nightclub in my home City is doing...

Anyways, judging from one word on the leaflet, specifically, "Starts" in the context of "Starts 29th OCT 09" it's possible it might not be a one off. Probably is though, but hell, at least there's hope.
