Ok I have a question should I classify Flare as an Alpha Incineroar? If so how tall and heavy should he be well before he starts growing that is. He is currently 15 Feet 3 Inches and weighs 4,279 Pounds.

You definitely should, no doubt about it. Maybe give a base of 7 foot 5 and 525 pounds. Them pecs definitely add a lot of weight to his stature

Hmm. That would make him rather small. Alpha Pokemon are generally gigantic easily dwarfing humans and their regular counterparts.
