world building
so the more I went through my art backlog which I thought would befit this website they all turned out to be about this specific world building project I've merely been having fun with over the years so I might as well share the ongoing process of the project
a lot of is at a very conceptual stage and for example giving names to places and character I have has been a challenge despite the guidelines I left for myself, so the ideas exists mostly in term of visual but if I get enough people to pay enough attention to the arts itself and a coherent idea get put together through it hopefully I can get some feedback giving some idea
I had and still somewhat have the hope I could make these art somewhat collaborative but it's turned out to me that I'm often too demanding with the project for it to really be shared in a meaningful way but I'm not so cynical that I don't assume it couldn't happen yet
so that's about it, eventually I will post more map and probably journal update/ideas shared will go alongside feedback
hopefully that will flesh things out as I go on

Naming things is always tough, even for professionals.

OP
I've been using name generator based on different more foreign languages and I generally have a certain language scheme as a guidelines based on places in the map I have, so at the same time it's an opportunity to learn about different languages and culture but also alienating for some people, I guess the exotic value can't work on everyone

If I had to choose, I'd choose names and language with unique flavor and character over "safe" options that try to appeal to everyone. If some people are alienated by it, then so be it - they probably wouldn't be very invested in the first place. The most important part is being true to your vision. People can tell when you're being faithful versus when you're compromising the vision for wider appeal.
