In the last Journal of mine, I assumed a gallery purge, which was non-true. I did my homework (at work, when I had time to do so) and found out, that the REDACTED person never uploaded anything in their gallery on FA, but I remembered (falsely) visiting it, and turns out it was the IB Gallery, which is still up and art is there as well.

So, I accused this person on false terms, and apologized to them already. However, I want you all to know, that as an adult, I owe up my f*ckups and feel like I owe all of you an explanation, and a public sorry toward REDACTED person.

So here is my apology letter to REDACTED:

I had some free time to do my homework, and turns out, I had your IB gallery confused with an FA version. Also, The Wayback Machine as well as some of my friends too told me, what you just confirmed. Thank you for confirming me about my mistake/the Truth!

Seems like I rushed into conclusions, seeing the shouts about removed art, as well as knowing that you indeed had a gallery...but not on FA, but on IB. I have some serious apologizing to do.

Please, if you can be such a dear and remove my shout from REDACTED's front page! I will post there my apology as well even if the shout stays on, as I am willing to own my mistake. Will do an official journal one too after work, but for now...

I apologize to you here and now, for accusing you with the gallery purge, but even more with disrespect toward your watchers! I am happy that you are still the good person I thought you were! And I am glad that I was wrong about you! I will make sure to clean up the mess I've made. Even not naming REDACTED publicly, I am sorry for throwing mud at YOU in private note. Turns out I was in the wrong, and now I am the one with egg on the face! I hope you can forgive my accusation! Be it so or not, it'll be even harder to forgive myself...

I never had a gallery, I in fact apologized yearly that I didn't have the time to get to it, and endeavored to try to do it. Failing miserably. I usually just favorited REDACTED pics from artists who produced said content so it could have been (and often was) mistaken as a gallery of REDACTED art. I went out of my way and worked with the e621 staff to ensure REDACTED's stuff stayed and was easy to find, a character page was created for her: here. I also have no plans to close to delete the REDACTED account so people can still use the favorites section for quick links.

So yeah, turns out I was a victim of the front-page shouts about removed art, as well as my own dislike about it. What I told about Gallery Purge in my last journal stands, but the person, who was never named did no wrong, and I hope my sincere apology will only remain as a reminder, on how I dislike betrayal, as well as how much I like/liked the retired character. This time, I have become the SJW and I was in the wrong...There is a lesson to be learned here even for me!
