Hey everyone. This is more of a personal thing, but there’s been something I’ve been deeply frustrated over.

Over a year ago now, I ordered a full fursuit of Sakura. The maker has shown me updates on the progress on the suit, and I’ve seen everything but the head of it finished, so I’m pretty sure they haven’t scammed me. However, they haven’t seen nor replied to any of my messages since November last year, with them saying the head would be finished soon. There was another long period of no communication before this, but not nearly as long as this current one. They are a small maker but this lack of communication is honestly ridiculous given the money I am spending on it, and I can’t help but worry something bad has happened to them or if I’ve been scammed out of my money. The fact this has happened before shows it’s likely that they’ll respond some day, but it’s honestly very unprofessional on their part. And if I wanted to charge back, It’s been too long since I payed them to get my money back, but even if I could, I don’t know if it’s right to do given they’ve shown that they’ve worked on it.

Do I just wait and hope they respond someday? And even then, I don’t know if I can fully trust them them with the second half of the payment for them to ship it. I just wish I could do more in this situation…
