It’s been a few since I posted a journal asking for your thoughts on an alternative commission assignment method. Let me say thank you to those who gave your feedback.

In the end I’ve decided to give this new method a try. After reading the comments and thinking about it these past few days, the conclusion is that the pros outweigh the cons, and the main problems shouldn’t really be a, well… problem:

If there are not enough people interested, it will be no different for those who want to get two comms in a row. If there are, it will allow for a more organic way for newcomers to get a spot while still not closing the door to those who commissioned me previously.

Thus, I would like to state that I will do my best to be as fair as possible during the selection process and look out for the most interesting ideas.

The new rules and details of the process will be listed in the description of the post next time I open new commission slots.
