WOOOO!
I've never played a FromSoft game before (besides about 15 hours of Dark Souls 1, which I bounced off after that), but I DEVOURED Elden Ring. My first playthrough took around 100 hours, and after that I decided I wasn't done, so I started going for steam achievements.
Well, today I finished the last one by completing my NG++ file with a particular ending, so I've 100%'d all the achievements! I think this is the first game where I've ever done that, and omg it was so fun (and frustrating at times, but mostly fun. :D)
I still don't think I'm gonna go back and play any of the other Soulsborne games, but it's certainly up there in my list of favourite games I've ever played. Now I'm gonna focus back on a much more chill game and play some No Man's Sky in my spare time.
If y'all are playing Elden Ring, how goes it for you? What's your build, and who's your fave boss? My first playthrough I went heavy on Str and End with a greatshield and curved sword (serpent blade, the one that restores health on kills). In my NG+ I used the Endgame sword you get from the final boss because I wanted to try out Faith, and that was super fun and wonderfully OP. And in my NG++ run I pivoted to Arcane and used a Rotten greathammer that I used ashes of war to give blood loss or poison infliction alongside its scarlet rot infliction. :D

Really enjoyed the Fire Giant because it took roughly 50 attempts and a week of embracing my inner masochist to take him down. And because he's low key Balor.
Just beat the final boss earlier this week.
Then felt bad because it's kind of adorable and I want a plushie version.
And omg, a plush of the final boss would be great! That or Astel. :P
Doubly so when it's something that's niche and they didn't expect to like. A lot of my friends who never liked souls games in the past said they found themselves loving Elden Ring and it makes me tingle inside!
But yeah I did STR/INT/END so I could just maximize Blaids big sword which went all the way to end game
Also I thought the Elden Beast was just a big cutie
