weird question about really old game with a fox girl

General
a memory popped up in my head. it was about the show Xplay when it was on actual tv only and the internet was barely a thing at least for where i lived. it was an anime rpg game where 2 characters, the main spiky haired protagonist and a vixen anthro were talking
the clip was voice acted but the characters where 2d unanimated illustrations. what i remembered of the conversation was the protag said in a akwarded tone "i ..uh. like your..tail?" and the fox girl replies "thanks i think you're cute too!"
what was notable is the fox girl was not the typical human with fox ears but an actual anthro
does anyone know what clip i am talking about?

...You by any chance recall what console it was on?
...Are you referring to Shining Force?

There was a line by Toma talking to a fox char.

When I saw your info, that popped to my mind when you mentioned anime rpg and anthro fox. Shining Force generally fits that bill when it comes to anthro chars from time to time.
There was a different game called Feda: The Emblem of Justice which went for somewhat similar designs to early Shining Force games, but this was SNES era.

Just this morning, I was remembering with amusement how 'upset' Olivia Munn was when her onscreen 'Maniac' recreation was ruined by Kevin Perieira. He splashed her with a bucket of Skittles instead of water. She seemed equal parts confused, outraged and hurt.
She would've had a point, too. I mean, why? Did he think that viewers wouldn't want to see it, or she hadn't properly prepped for the scene? He had to have known she wasn't too SHY!
