I don't think their ages are ever stated in the movie, though of course I could be wrong. Totty strikes me as being in her mid to late thirties, while Victor could be in his forties (perhaps younger, if we assume his baldness is premature!) so I think they could have kids.

No My Gramma and Grampa had my Uncle Matt who has passed away and so did my Grampa but they were in their 50's and she never had any complications but there can be I know. I still say no though.

Not at all. Totty seems to be in her 30's at the most, and Viktor maybe in his 40s. Plus I remember the movie depicted her enjoying growing plants and veggies in her greenhouse, plus her love of rabbits. All symbolic of fertility. So yeah, kids will be coming.
