I hope you are all doing well, and if you arent I hope you are doing a little better today. Just a Check in with everyone who follows me. Everyone is at a different point in their lives.. I have had depression for YEARS... and only recently did I finally come out of it. i am bipolar depressive... Which means some times I will have those LOW LOWs... so deap you don't think you can see the sun. However I have been there before and I can see the sun again, just like you can. Please send me a message and we can talk about whats going on. No one should ever be alone. I may not be a professional but Im a person who knows what depression is and how it hurts...
