The Spokesmen were an American three-piece band, led by singer-songwriter John Medora. Their only charting single was Dawn of Correction, released in 1965 from the group's only album. Dawn of Correction is a conservative response to Barry McGuire's Eve of Destruction, released earlier that year.

So where are you? Are we on the verge of planetary nuclear war destruction? Or is the specter of total human species destruction so terrible that we will draw back from the brink? Or are we someplace in between? I bet we are someplace in between.

My understanding is that the pendulum swings, or the wheel turns once again. My hope is that we will once again be on the upswing before long.
