Gosh I needa go back and watch all the Digimons... Uh... I love Agnimon and any of his evos. Beelzebumon is cool. Seadramon!

Looking at the wiki, some designs that caught my eye were Regalecusmon, Divemon and Bulkmon...

And just from media in general, I love the Tripods from War of the Worlds 2005 xD
