Species-wise, ones that don't follow the normal spherical skull construction or eye placement - sheep, badgers (your horses are great). Or ones which are challenging to anthropomorphise - nautiloids, nudibranches, etc?
I think I should work a lot on the anatomy for this as a new challenge!
