It has been a time when we do have to give thanks and to extol those who served, and we do have the tragedies that many of the commonfolk have endured in history. Well, with what has happened recently, it is those in law enforcement too that are defending the people too that may have to be remembered as well. Although, there were 19 children and 2 teachers that have been killed in Texas- https://www.cnn.com/2022/05/25/us/u.....now/index.html , today has a special meaning, especially last year when in my metro city, the VTA shooting where Further Confusion & Pac Anthro Weekend are held: https://www.kron4.com/news/bay-area.....ne-year-later/ , we cannot care less about the children who were going to make a difference ahead and possibly become part of the civic duties and military-they would have been part of VTA, and they would learn from that tragedy last year and honor those who would have made the city run well in the maintenance facilities or while driving the trolleys. We'd hope that these people and possible, furries did not die in vain. We celebrate, but let's be humble of the tragedies that have happened in the past 2 years.
