So after crunching some numbers, I decided to do a complete overhaul of my commission forms found here: https://www.furaffinity.net/journal/9532464
I am now offering base FLATS for a cheaper rate. Shading is now an additional fee.
Comics will NOT have this same upcharge for the time being. Comics for now will be all-inclusive for shading. However, I removed the 1 page option in the main com form, and moved it to be included in the comic form. The segregation really isn't needed anymore given my model now.
I will also allow 'upgrades' in the future. If you buy flats from me, and you want to purchase shading later? I have no problems finishing the render for you at a later time.
