These TOS will be here until I post others. This information is relevant and used by the artist from the moment of publication!
GENERAL TERMS:
By ordering adult content from me, you accept the responsibility of 18+ on yourself.
Let's communicate politely and kindly. Provide me with all the necessary references of your character in an accessible form.
I accept absolutely any orders that do not contradict the law. No matter how complex your character is, I will draw it working with YCH.
PAYMENT:
I accept payments via Boosty — https://boosty.to/cerberain — (you can use your PayPal (USD)).
The work begins immediately after the full payment of my creativity.
If you cannot pay within 24 hours, you can pay within 3 days. If you have any problems with payment, but you really want to order from me, we can negotiate.
The function of tips in invoices is enabled, BUT I do not insist on them in any case! This is only your personal business, dear customer!
If you place a bet, you pay exactly as much as the art costs (not counting the surcharge for the complexity of the character design). You will not pay the transfer fee and tax.

I DO NOT refund money for the work ordered from me!

PROCESS:
— I'll start drawing after payment (full or part)
— I'll send you a first test sketch after 7 days (updates on request) — (10 for reference sheet)
— If for some reason you didn't like the sketch and I had to redo it, I have the right to keep the rejected sketch with the pose and use it in the future
— Deadline for commissions: 1 month (2 for reference sheet)
— Private comms will cost with 70% extra
EDITS IN THE WORK:
After the work is completely ready, I can only make minor corrections (paint over the white spots, for example, erase unnecessary strokes, etc.).
COPYRIGHT:
On my works that customers have already bought, there is always a small logo. It does not overlap the main image. By drawing YCH, I am not appropriating the character designs of other artists! I only inform with my logo that the art was drawn by me.
INFORMATION ABOUT ME:
English is not my native language, but I always try to find an approach to my customers.
