My Art and Efficiency

I feel like I am so hardwired for efficiency that my art suffers. I feel too stagnant and mediocre and I am not sure how to change that.
Sure, I love being able to complete commissions in mere hours, but I think my art quality declines in exchange.
Additionally, I cannot take my time on things unless I have genuine passion and drive.
I MUST complete pieces ASAP or I don't.
These are the last pieces I put genuine time and effort into, and I took my time on them. The werehog taking 4 days, along with Arwuld's new ref sheet. The headshot took me hours, but I still put in my all.

The worst part is I feel locked to this pace of efficiency, my style of art feeling different each time as well.
Overall, I am just unhappy with most of my art right now and I get way too fucking bored when I try online art courses designed for fast improvement and efficiency.
