Caspian, "Great Guardian"

A few fun facts about Caspian! He was a character initially made off a whim to make a character to destroy my friend Kimza in the best way possible, and grew from there! Of course, it was a complete success~. Kimza has had a lot of influence of this character. Canonically, he is single-handedly the reason for Shaymins being so rare. He has nearly consumed them into extinction and well... it is very, very hard to control himself around them.
Atop a lonely seaside cliff, whose walls have been caressed smooth by the salty foam of ocean waves for generations, lies a great library. No one knows for certain how many years it's stood, but the ancient walls stand proud through the passage of time. Local legends tell of a regal, white guardian who resides there, protecting this cliff and shore for centuries against all manner of trespassers and intruders. Protecting this great trove of knowledge against the weathering of time. Nearing six and a half meters in height and weighing over an earth shattering one thousand, eight hundred kilos, this great guardian is known by one name. "Caspian."
His deep, booming voice, and his slow, measured cadence commands respect and inspires reverence and fear into those that hear him. When he passes by, there is no hiding the heavy flapping of his wings; the ground trembles beneath his weight as he lands.
If he has one flaw, it's the liberties he takes with determining who is a trespasser and what punishment they deserve. He is not opposed to eating trespassers and evildoers... and whether you are one is for him to decide. Especially if you are a Shaymin and you encounter him... he has a favorite kind of meal and toy to play with~. And he is greedy.
A beautiful and bountiful garden surround the library. There are many bushes and lush grass throughout. Flowered hedges and blooming trees give height to an otherwise relatively flat area. There are two seperate buildings. One is Caspian's residence and the other is the library. It's hard to discern exactly how large the library is, but it has at least a couple stories inside of it. There are several different theories and tales as to how exactly Caspian manages to fit inside of it. Some say that he is a Lugia of many sizes, and that the size he is usually spotted in is the largest he can grow to. Others say that the library is much larger inside than on the outside... as to how much larger, that is hard to say. As no visitor has ever had time to fully explore it.
The cliff is massive, at over 300 meters tall. There is a large stretch of shoreline around it, and it borders a relative large and unperturbed forest.
There are many ancient places of interest that are threatened with destruction from various forces. Whether that be other Pokemon, humans, or natural forces and disasters.
The title of Guardian is typically bestowed when a powerful creature or being, such as Caspian, has watched over one of these places for half a century. And the title of Great Guardian is reserves for those that have watched over and guarded such a place for half a millenia without fail.
