As thick as you are PAY ATTENTION I've actually had a cough for a couple months before now.
At first my doctor just said it was allergies, then it suddenly got worse and I went to urgent care where it was diagnosed as bronchitis, then it got worse again and I went to the ER where it was diagnosed as double pneumonia.
They also found little 'nodules' in my lungs. There is a biopsy tomorrow and with my current luck it ends up getting worse and it's cancer... Well that's hopefully just my anxiety speaking but to be honest I am very scared.

They told me I was gonna be under for the biopsy but apparently this was optional and the doctor decided to forego this because he was in a hurry...
It was terrible... I could feel him prodding in my lung while I was coughing up stuff.. my lungs hurt for hours afterwards...
Hopefully I get results tomorrow.

Hope your biopsy shows relatively positive results.
I had recurring bouts of bronchitis at one point, but it cleared up when I moved from a particular house. I later concluded that it was likely due to mold in that house.
With any luck its simply something with viable treatment or fixable with change in environment (if its mold)
