This is like additional ongoing trauma and punishment for abuse victims and the rapist will see no real punishment.
Ladies please talk to your kids and teach them how to be safe and define them self, give them peppers spray or sound maker and teach them how to use it.

I still believe that everyone on all sides of the debate should be able to agree that it would be good to work for a situation where fewer are needed in general.
I hate that we're literally losing DECADES of progress.
