I kinda stumbled upon these cartoons jumping from link to link. They were originally part of an "Oh Yeah! Cartoons" spin off called "Random! Cartoons" (by Nickelodeon). I don't know about you, but seeing cartoons like these makes me want to draw (and animate) a WHOLE lot more! :D

These cartoons are all very surreal, especially the "Bravest Warrior" one. I don't know what it does for me, inspirationally, but certainly kills time.
They definitely feel like a good change of pace after all these anime and "regular teens, just like you" cartoons.

Its from the same guy who made Bravest Warriors, but is WAY better.
OMG, I fell out laughing when Ben tried to tell the flying unicorn thingy a knock-knock joke, and she started screaming and trying to fly faster. My sides hurt from laughing so hard. I would totally watching this show on a daily basis.
I also heard that the guy who made that show helped with the production of Flapjack, so you know its gonna be even more wild and crazy in future episodes.
