For the past month, my internet has been on the fritz and it has not been resolved.

I have called my internet provider and they are 'aware' of the issue and haven't fixed it yet.

I have reset that modem 10+ due to this issue (it hasn't done much), now with this recent reset on the modem, the internet starts to drop at random intervals (as of this journal)

My internet provider is Suddenlink and I have been with these motherfuckers for the past 4 years, and haven't had an issue on this scale with their internet service
