UPDATE:
10/29/23 - very fluent morph, woman to owl, toon elephant to chicken, hirigoyen imelda..., deer morph, bun, animorphs, amazing morph.
6/24/23 - added "Morphing Mouse" - very curious one. TF's are instantaneous but it's well hidden via dynamic movements.
6/24/23 - added "Morph exercise" - just some students having fun with a class assignment.
6/24/23 - added "Things Turning into Other Things" - fish to clock.
6/24/23 - added "great weight distribution example" - Very cartoony morphing. I'll be implementing this technique soon.

11/10/22 - added "Animal Metamorphosis NFAFC" - Looks pretty pale, compared to the absolute chad Byron Grush. Though I liked the last TF of gorilla being taken down a notch.
11/10/22 - added "scissors paper stone" - Now this artist, Byron Grush, is certainly one of his kind. HE TURNS A NAKED CHICK INTO A CHAIR! INTO A CHAIR!!!! THEN INTO A COWBOY WITH A DING DONG!!! TF's themselves are far too quick and jumpy to process but the 'openness' of it all make them the best finds to come.

10/4/22 - added "Vera Verto" - frog - water goblet - incredibly smooth one
10/4/22 - added "Bike to dino morph" - very fluent and organic tf, wish more were like these

I think some of my faves are heckett's cat transformation from princess knight, called just girl to cat on youtube, and ludmilla's dragon transformation from bartok the magnificent, both on youtube. Tezuka did some very fun transformation stuff, was known for it! But you probably already know and have seen or heard all of this haha! ^^
Another to look up you might not have seen is Muff the magic dragon from pink panther, around minute 2:40, but the whole episode is quite fun and full of dragon stuff. I wish the tf wasn't quite so poofy, or quick, but it's also in parts so I feel it is still quite good! Might be worth checking out it's on youtube too.
Yep, seen it all. Osamu tezuka might be the only artist who had admitted to it though as all of his works contain tfs to some extent. Most commonly known are spider, horse tf from a Thousand and One Nights (1969) and weird AR/AP sequences from Marvelous melmo.
I gave up on seaching for tfs in mainstream media a long time ago since 99% of a time you get a lazy uninspiring poof tf. The only good place for finding tf material for now is furaffinity, e621 and vimeo. It has a lot of unpopular animation projects done by art school students or low budget enthusiasts. I hope to one day stumble upon a real gem that captures the most detailed animal tf animation ever. Either I find it or make it myself eventually.
