I practice a brand of magic I call macromancy. I could do all sorts of things, like hex you so you grow when you experience an emotion of choice, or I could do something like have you steadily grow like a few inches at a time but have it permanent until reversed. I would implant triggers on you that would cause growth whenever you heard a word related to large size or growing. And, of course, the more you grow, the more often you're going to be hearing people talking about how big you're getting or how you're still growing bigger. Dunno how big you'd end up. As big as you'd want, I suppose. Or, more realistically, whenever you'd get so big that you would stop hearing tiny people's voices.

I would use a voodoo doll on you so that every time stufing was added, you would grow acordingly. Maybe even adding or removing extra body parts.

Well, I would find a magical gem that would make anyone grow bigger, like you or maybe if you were a beast goat maybe a Red Blood Moon would come out and make you grow bigger and bigger and stronger!
