Definitely google docs! Maybe leave the forms open for a certain timeframe to ensure everyone has a fair chance to apply.

I cannot speak for everyone, but as someone that is usually at work when you open, I never catch your spots anymore :(
Forms would allow those of us that have school or work to still submit our inquires to you. Plus it allows you to pick characters and/or ideas that pique your interest.

That is true, I could leave it open for like ~2 days. Before I was afraid of the 'forms' format since I didn't want to have to pick one character/idea over the other but I'm thinking of doing forms + random number draw so it stays as fair as possible!

Google docs is fine but I never get picked for those because I find people tend to gravitate toward popular characters or people that have easily recognizable ocs. I would maybe do a cool down period for people? So if they got a commission the last time maybe prioritize people who haven't gotten one or haven't in a while? Or somehow make it fair so not only popular characters get picked? Just so everyone has an equal chance. Or maybe even do it so everyone can submit but instead of picking you do random number draw so everyone has an equal chance to get selected and there is no bias.

Ohh that is true! I think I'd actually love to do a random number draw because one of the main drawbacks I had with doing the 'google docs form' format is that I have NO idea how I would choose one over the other - I really hate having to choose between characters and ideas since it doesn't seem really fair. ):

Yay I'm glad you like my suggestion! I do believe docs also numbers forms so it would be easy to just put the numbers 1-??? In the generator and pull one :)
