im 39 now going on 40 next year.... yay....
Im trans female on hormones awaiting surgery.
And i just found out due to my bowel disorder not letting my body absorb enough iron, i have a huge iron deficiency i need to go to the hospital to get treated.
It explains why I've felt so down and sick and food didn't settle.
The treatment can take up to 2 hours, and i have to go four times. but I'm hoping it will make me feel better in the long run.
Its been along time since i wrote one of these but I've been quite bussy in real life, despite not being able to medically work.
Im not sure ho interesting or how many might read this. but id figure id share my real-life struggle with that medical news i just found out.
