How to help a Ukrainian
I know there are many people sitting here who want to help Ukrainians survive the war. So I thought I'd share some non-obvious ways to do that. Here I will describe things that would help me and my friends. I think it might help other artists, too.
1) A simple conversation. Since the war began, we have been too immersed in the news and helping the people around us. Therefore, communication, psychological support, and simple stories about normal life are things that can help distract and relax.
2) A point that comes from the previous one. Language practice. So many Ukrainians have left the country. And the main problem of emigrants is, of course, the language. Even if we attend language courses, it is not enough. So people who are native speakers of any language (English, Spanish, French, Polish, German) can help with practice or study. You don't have to be a teacher or spend a lot of time on it. If a person is willing to take 5 minutes to talk, that's help too!
I communicate through a translator. Understanding English is not a problem. But it's hard for me to say something. And there are a lot of people like that. And it makes it very difficult to find a job or just live in another country!
3) Help with promotion of the account.
There are a lot of artists on FA. But not all of them are commercially successful. Now it is more important than ever to be able to sell your pictures, it has become a full-time job for many Ukrainians. But there are people who do not fully understand how this site works. That's why I suggest as a help for experienced artists to go to the profiles of those who need help and look for mistakes in maintaining the profile.
If there are people who are willing to share their experiences, it could be a big boost to the quality of life.
4) Collaborations.
This can help two groups of people:
(a) Those Ukrainians who have few viewers. If they can't sell their art, they can increase their chances by collaborating with more famous artists.
(b) People who have too little energy for the full cycle of creating an image. There are a lot of them among my friends! Since the beginning of the war there are a lot more Ukrainians who collaborate with each other. It greatly reduces the workload and helps to have fun painting!

One other suggestion would be to buy a slot from a UA artist in need and gift it to a friend. I was short on ideas for art but I saw two artists who had a style I thought friends would love so bought and gifted slots for them. It worked, one loves hers and the other wants to see his in their style enough he is thinking of a ref sheet from them.
