There were three videos I uploaded to YT that had copyrighted music, but one was NEVER a problem for the Admin before (and it didn't piss-off the "Acoustic Fingerprinting" software, either), while I submitted a copyright dispute for the other two.

As strict as YT's Copyright Rules are, there is a prerequisite review process, and one can only (according to YT's "rules") be banned after receiving 3 "Copyright Strikes" --- and those are only supposed to be for "repeat offenders".

Just 3 videos with copyrighted audio doesn't make you a "repeat offender", OR warrant "Copyright Strikes".


And as far as I know, there's no rule against starting a new channel on YT, even if your last one was banned.

You can't file a complaint unless you still HAVE a YT channel, and the only alternative is YT's forums, which the Adminis-traitors virtually never look at.

So basically, I'm screwed.
