Hey all ^^
It's been over a year since my last journal and now with what's been going on in my life, it seems an update on things seemed appropriate.

For those that weren't aware, the past couple months have been hard for me. My grandpa's cancer had spread and become inoperable, and left him with the sad realization that hospice care was the only path forward. I had the honor and privilege to have known him my whole life and be there with family when he passed 2 weeks ago. His funeral and burial this past weekend left me an emotional wreck. But among all this, it's been a blessing to know he's no longer suffering and can finally rest.

And to make things that were already making me physically and emotionally exhausted worse, I just found out yesterday after flying home, that I now have covid as well. Smh... And it's left me bed-ridden since.

I'm pushing through, don't worry ^^
You all have been helping in your own way to help guide me and support me through all this and I greatly appreciate it.
