Ugh. Why oh why does the only fellow student I despise have

I'm a little ticked. Classes just resumed this week after a one week spring 'break.' There's a student who keeps popping up in my classes who drives me to distraction.
Have you ever known/met someone who doesn't understand the concept of timing, when it comes to opening their trap? Not only does this fellow have a very *loud* very *annoying* voice, he uses it whenever he feels like it regardless of the setting or activity.
Teacher's lecturing? If he has a comment, out it comes. You're sitting there, minding your own business and reading a book or doing homework? He'll do his best to start up a conversation anyways. If you give him an inch (especially about horror/splatterpunk, of which he's a big fan, as everyone will learn after spending more than two hours total anywhere near him) he'll take several hundred miles.
I can't help but think he must be retarded...yet, if that's the case, how is he in the upper level English classes I'm in? He must have ADD or some learning disability because at least once a week he'll roll over whatever the prof might be trying to say to ask a question about something that was *just addressed* in the prof's last two sentences.
This quarter, I have him in two of my three courses...the same situation I was in last quarter. At least THIS quarter I'm not reading and critiquing his poetry, or listening to him read it!
On top of all that, I have the sneaky suspicion he's going to end up a serial rapist/killer. Ever get that feeling about someone? Ever wonder if maybe you should take some preventative measures...?
Sorry about that folks. Just needed to rant this out of my system. That twit just makes me grind my teeth.

FA+

Either way, given the current political environment and the very recent history of the past five years or so, I'd say a "No" to the pre-emptive, preventive measures methodology. ^,^
Teachers deal with him in different ways. One just responded to nearly any question from him with 'See me after class' which is totally appropriate, but which he wouldn't always accept until the prof repeated it a little more forcefully. o,O A prof this quarter just won't be interrupted at all, and his unstoppable lecture mode manages to almost drown out his comments. It has seemed to discourage him a bit, but I can't hope he'll actually learn from that and improve.
Drugs and alcohle are not good for ya'

Oh, I do have the ADD, and I suspect my father and grandfather do too.
Nah, Just Kidding.
As for the feeling you get that someone's gonna end up a serial killer... Why yes, my whole class ;3 Game Design course is filled with weirdoes, but in a good way :P
Well eating him is right out.. then the comments are even closer, and probally undigestable too.. hmm..
Now far from one to critic social niceties, not exactly a smooth talker, i've got this horrible ting called a natural honesty that really screws up sales proffesions:)
From the description i'd suspect he might want to be the center of attention, what better way than to disrupt the class and just not go far enough to be thrown out. Some people like any sort of attention be it positive or negative. Most likely this shtick works to get attention more often than not so whats to stop him from keeping it up. Basic Psychology and reinforcment. Has to feed his ego and everyone else is a target. .
I'm pretty sure everyone who's been to collage has one or two stories about strange and unsettling things...(me i had a professors with a neurological problem, perfectly nice but hed constantly trying to bend off the side of his neck, sorta got you dizzy), Was one of those things you had to grit your teeth over
Advice? Other than sitting away from him there probally isn't much you can do.. Doubt getting transfered to another sitting of the class is viable. Serial killer? Who knows, but i'd think more likely failed salesman....one of those who keeps beeting you over the head to buy something you don't want...
Hope things work out!
*gives out more bad advice*
