Any Blender Assistance?

Hey lovelies! Trying to get more into Blender as I'm slowly migrating to make it my primary tool for juicy butt goodies c:
I'm unaware of all the new stuff you can do in it as I haven't been keeping up to date with it.
Lately I've attempted to import SFM models into Blender but I kept getting an error message on the latest version of Blender hoping it would fix it.

grab latest version, And that should take away the error messages, I am using the latest version of both!
