Oh my god I feel like the ladies at the end of Death Becomes Her, just literally falling apart. XD Anyway, further huge thank you to my commissioners! I hate that this keeps happening but there are still delays. Just spent 4 hours in the ER trying to stop a five day migraine from becoming ten or more days. Hopefully, after trying ten different meds over the last two days, the one for traumatic brain injury patients will see me on the road to recovery. At this point I'm getting frustrated haha; I just wanna draw dammit〃 stop being a piece of junk, body!
As a person living with a TBI, I am six years out and only just now starting to get back to a semblance of functional, headaches were insane for a while and I literally did not art or write for nearly five years.
CBD Gummies were the only thing that helped, I had one a day at noon and it was like all the unacknowledged pain stopped.
The meds I got at the end in the ER didn't knock out the migraine but they improved my mood so I'll take it. I'm hoping just lying down in the dark today will sort it out. Alas I can't really do CBD stuff, it messes with other meds I'm on and I can't afford it (at least not until it gets put on Medicaid, which is not happening without some big federal law changes heh).
I'm really glad you found someing that works for you! TBI is rough and it treats everyone differently.
