updating my Terms of Service for my sake as i do this full-time now
SumiSune’s Terms of Service
• Payment is requested after initial sketch is finished and approved from buyer.
o If you cancel the commission then take the sketch and: have it finished by
someone else, post it without paying for it, use it in any way without permission,
you will be blacklisted from my commissions.
o Sketch commission payment is demanded upfront due to the nature of the piece
being quick and without an approval step between payment and finishing
o Up to three (3) chances to have changes done are allowed for sketches, both for
sketch commissions and sketches for bigger projects. Any beyond that will be
charged an extra $5.
• I reserve the right to cancel a commission at any time just as you do too.
o A refund will be issued in proportion to how finished the piece is.
• I reserve the right to post any and all commissions I choose to (with or sometimes without credit) unless
specifically asked not to be posted from the buyer.
o Buyer has permission to post their purchase with credit given.
▪ Art posted without credit will be requested to give credit. If not given after
48 hours, you will be blacklisted from buying from me again.
• If a commission is not finished within a month, I will give an update after each month
because communication is important.
• Subjects I will NOT Draw: scat, cub, diaper, racist/hateful imagery.
o If you have a question about something you want done that you’re unsure of if I’ll
draw, don’t be afraid to ask about it! The worst I can say is “no” after all!
By continuing business with me after receiving this you are agreeing to the Terms of Service conditions.
