Hey there!
Thank you all once again for the shoutouts and commissions to help me out. Thankfully I did reach my goal and will close commissions once again to make sure I can get to work on everything accordingly. I am so sorry that I keep asking this from everyone... This last month around the end was the worst kind of luck and then on my way home from work as I arrived home I heard loud crying from my wife saying that they were attacked by a pitbull. Thankfully, Sofia only got some bruises and then later found out she hurt her back and head rather badly trying to protect our dog. Magic, our dog, got the worst of it and was bit around the neck and shook around like a ragdoll according to Sofia.... It could have been much much worse, but luckily nothing vital was hit. Magic needed to go to ER and get stitched up and all that. That bill was insane, but thankfully a good friend of ours generously helped with the bill. However, with the fact that we needed to make sure to send Magic to a follow-up appointment we needed to fit the bill ourselves. The vet hit us with a couple of surprise charges and did inform us that he may need additional surgery if a scab under his neck is torn off. They said there is about a 60% to 70% chance that the scab will just fall off on its own and the wound will have healed up, but as a precaution I am making sure to apply for CareCredit just in case so I won't have to ask for help like this again for this sort of situation.
But unfortunately, that vet visit left us in a large lurch... Thankfully, with the help we got from everyone we were able to cover the remaining cost to pay rent. So thank you everyone who helped, spread the word, commissioned and even donated! I will do my best to work on your commissions and make sure that our dog Magic heals up the rest of the way as best as possible! The good news is that it looks like his face and neck have returned to its normal shape instead of being a swollen mess (though the discharge from that swelling was probably what caused the vet to say additional surgery may be needed later should the scab fall off due to some tiny holes opened up due to that...), but his face and neck still need about another week or two to fully heal.

• I may have forgotten some wills and wonts so if you have any questions please note/pm me.
PERSONAL USE:
• I still retain the rights to the images I draw, to display and use as I please, while you still retain rights to the character (and me to my characters). You are allowed to use the image in any personal way you please, but not for commercial purposes, block-chaining, NFT, or cryptocurrency of any sort.
WIP/REWORKS:
• I will give you wips in the pose stage with the 3D models, as well as the sketch stage. You will be allowed revision in the pose stage for posing purposes, and the sketch stage for certain subject details ONLY (Example: expressions, hair, patterns, etc). No reposing once the pose has been agreed upon in the posing stage.
• In the coloring stage (flats) you are allowed to review to make sure the colors are correct or need to be changed. After this stage I will not send anymore reviews and will push forward to finish the image.
• From the sketch stage and onward I will only allow up to 2 changes/fixes before I will charge additional fees for the extra work. Please be certain on what you need fixed and do not make change after change simply for experimentation. The posing stage is up to 3.
• You are welcome to leave the image in my hands for the surprise factor.
• I will NOT rework a finished image.
TIME FRAME:
• I cannot give an exact time frame with every commission as I am not a full time artist. Depending on conditions at home, work, etc, it may take me a long time to complete your image(s). Please take note of this as I usually do end up with a backlog and will do my best to expedite your commission to the best of my abilities.
CHARACTER INFO:
• Feel free to provide me with as many references as you wish for your commission. The more information you give me the more accurate I can be with the image.
• Descriptions are a maybe; keep the information clear, concise, and simple. Long excessive essays are easy for information to get lost or misunderstood. I may or may refuse the description if I'm not capable of understanding or carry the ability to draw what you see.
• Feel free to suggest poses or include images from Google to help me understand. CSP is another method of pose suggestions if you have access to it (as I use it to help with my poses).
• I can not read minds so make sure the info you give me is accurate to what you’d like.
COMMISSION SLOTS:
• After discussing and accepting through PM or any other form of communication, you will have 2 days to send payment through Paypal. After those 2 days, I delete your commission and reopen the slot.
OTHER:
• I reserve the right to post or not post the image as I wish, unless previously agreed not to.
• I will not take penalty for not reading your mind.
