Been a while since posting a journal on here... And sadly it's some bad news...
Our Chihuahua, Asher, sadly passed away today...
While I was at work yesterday he had several seizures at home with my wife, and she had to get him to the ER vet. Seemed okay at first, but then while on IV for a while he had a couple more bad seizures, so he was hospitalized. At about 10am this morning I get a call stating he should be okay and that no other seizures were occuring ever since the doctor took over at about 7am. However, minutes after that call I get another one from the same doc that suddenly he had 2 more violent seizures while on a cocktail of anti-seizure meds and that he shouldn't have them at that point. The doc then warned me that he would need to be transported to a neurologist and it would be costly. I told them I couldn't afford it and then asked if they could hold off until me and my wife had arrived. The doc then told us that they could continue the treatment for a bit longer, but worry that any oral meds won't have any effect and the seizures will just get worse, even under the neurologist at the point we got to the vet, so... they advised we consider Asher's quality of life... Considering he would just be getting more and more hurt with each seizure and damage his internal organs... We made the tough choice...
We only had him for a short while, and knew he wouldn't be with us for too long after finding out he was supposed to be put down back in summer last year due to his neurological problems.according to the shelters paperwork we got from the neighbor we got little Asher from, but... It was just too damn short...
He was our happy sun dog for a while... Somehow in the dead of summer last year in 100+ degree weather he would just go right on the porch and soak it all up and love it. We would have him come back inside but he would run back out and just perch himself right in the sun. He hated the winter, even in Vegas he hated the cold. But my wife always kept him warm in her lap and in a blanket...
And when he played with his toys and plushies he loved to toss those across the room and chase right back to them... Even our husky, Mikey, took care in playing with him and we saw the two as brothers to each other...
We will definitely miss them....
That all being said, and I don't mean to whiplash emotions here, I do now have a rather large vet bill that needs to be paid. I thankfully have it all paid by Affirm loans, but will be needing to pay that back...

WILL/WONT DRAW:
• WILLS - Human, anthro, furry, minimal scenery, robots, fanart, gore, some hyper, some cumflation.
• WONTS - Scat, Filth, Cub, Overly-Hyper, Over-Inflation, Loli or Vore.
• I may have forgotten some wills and wonts so if you have any questions please note/pm me.
PERSONAL USE:
• I still retain the rights to the images I draw, to display and use as I please, while you still retain rights to the character (and me to my characters). You are allowed to use the image in any personal way you please, but not for commercial purposes, block-chaining, NFT, or cryptocurrency of any sort.
WIP/REWORKS:
• I will give you wips in the pose stage with the 3D models, as well as the sketch stage. You will be allowed revision in the pose stage for posing purposes, and the sketch stage for certain subject details ONLY (Example: expressions, hair, patterns, etc). No reposing once the pose has been agreed upon in the posing stage.
• In the coloring stage (flats) you are allowed to review to make sure the colors are correct or need to be changed. After this stage I will not send anymore reviews and will push forward to finish the image.
• From the sketch stage and onward I will only allow up to 2 changes/fixes before I will charge additional fees for the extra work. Please be certain on what you need fixed and do not make change after change simply for experimentation. The posing stage is up to 3.
• You are welcome to leave the image in my hands for the surprise factor.
• I will NOT rework a finished image.
TIME FRAME:
• I cannot give an exact time frame with every commission as I am not a full time artist. Depending on conditions at home, work, etc, it may take me a long time to complete your image(s). Please take note of this as I usually do end up with a backlog and will do my best to expedite your commission to the best of my abilities.
CHARACTER INFO:
• Feel free to provide me with as many references as you wish for your commission. The more information you give me the more accurate I can be with the image.
• Descriptions are a maybe; keep the information clear, concise, and simple. Long excessive essays are easy for information to get lost or misunderstood. I may or may refuse the description if I'm not capable of understanding or carry the ability to draw what you see.
• Feel free to suggest poses or include images from Google to help me understand. CSP is another method of pose suggestions if you have access to it (as I use it to help with my poses).
• I can not read minds so make sure the info you give me is accurate to what you’d like.
COMMISSION SLOTS:
• After discussing and accepting through PM or any other form of communication, you will have 2 days to send payment through Paypal. After those 2 days, I delete your commission and reopen the slot.
OTHER:
• I reserve the right to post or not post the image as I wish, unless previously agreed not to.
• I will not take penalty for not reading your mind.
