I had an electrician come by my condo on Monday to see why I was having issues. He measured the current at my circuit breaker box and saw one of the outputs was only putting out 70-100 volts instead of 120. The utility company helped me get everything up and running again, but the circuit breaker box may need to be replaced. The electrician said this model was recalled in the late-1980s due to the breakers not always turning off when tripped. (My condo building was built in 1985.) I'm just thankful my stove and my washer/dryer still work.
