I don't know if c'est le wuhan flu hitting ya in the brain, Like how it did to me, but one way for fast recovery is that I would take gingko biloba in capsule form and/or Cayenne pepper tea (Cayenne pepper powder in hot water.) Also deep slow breathing exercises if you even get rapid heart rates/ out of breathness.
That's how I figured out to stop the inflammation in the body that causes brain fogs and other weird related symptoms.
Cayenne pepper has antiinflammatory properties. Idk about other spices, but the drink mix works well. Ginkgo biloba works directly with concentration and memory. It's used with more server neurological conditions too.
