I heard from a good friend that PayPal going to have some changes to non-us countries and monitor websites that mention their websites.

You can still use PayPal but for some reason they don’t want it mention on publicly; commission sheets, journals, polls, etc. Its safe to inform people your PayPal through private messages/notes and discord.

To be safe you should edit and remove you use PayPal on any public message on every site because no idea how serious and effective PayPal will be on handling it.
