indeed it is always open but sometimes people are not sure if it is.

I do not deal in "slots" since I have never had more than four people ask for a commission at a time, and not all requests are of equal difficulty, so I can hardly allot them the same imaginary allowance in advance.
I wonder if I might have too much text on there. Whenever I try to delete possible excess I end up adding more elsewhere.
I have sent out 99 invoices, apparently. Whoever receives the one-hundredth gets an invoice.
