Below is my terms of service for purchasing commission artwork from me! When buying art you agree to these terms!
If you have any questions feel free to ask!
- By purchasing my artwork you are confirming to be of legal age in your country.
- As the artist, the work produced belongs to me and may still be used by me. I maintain all rights to the artwork.
- My work may be reposted for personal use on the condition that I’m properly credited for it. I still own all the rights to the image even after it is posted.
- My watermark may not be removed at any point.
- Absolutely no refunds under any conditions, chargebacks will result in an immediate blacklist and you will be reported without hesitation. It is extremely unfair to ask for a refund especially when I’ve already put forth the time and effort for your commission.
- If at any point I feel that I am being harassed or abused by a customer, I reserve the right to terminate your commission on the spot and you will not be refunded. There is no exceptions to this, you will also be blacklisted and will no longer be allowed to buy commissions from me.
- My artwork is subject to sales tax due to country/state laws. Invoices will include a 10% tax amount added to the total.
- Please expect an estimated wait time of at least one month. Commissions may take longer or shorter than that, but on average I try to get pictures out within that time frame. Feel free to note me if you have any questions regarding wait times, but please do be patient as I do work on multiple commissions at a time and maintain multiple other jobs too.
- Payment plans are available for expensive commissions, but please discuss the terms with me.
- I will draw just about anything and everything, but if I feel uncomfortable about accepting a commission, I maintain the right to deny you service. If you’re not sure what I will or won’t draw just ask me! Things I absolutely will not work on are images depicting racism, pedophilia, rape, or other arts of that nature. Kinks I’m pretty much open to all of them!
- If you would like to buy a commission but don’t want it posted, or want to remain anonymous as the buyer, I’m more than happy to accommodate.
- Artistic references are not required for commission, I can work based off a written references or a screenshot from a game/dress up maker.
- I’m more than happy to draw fanart. Original characters are not required for buying commissions.
- Commissions are not first come first serve, I tend to hop around different projects based on what I’m inspired by at the time! This ensures better quality results and keeps me motivated as well. If you would like an image done by a certain time, [IE: Birthday presents, anniversary art, etc] please discuss those details with me beforehand and I’ll do my best to see what I can do!
- I currently only accept payments via PayPal, KoFi, and Cashapp, and the payments are in USD (United States Dollars)
