Paypal, commissions prices, ko-fi and Patreon questions!

Hello everyone!
SO I have some news and questions for you.
I have some issues with my new PayPal account (the old one i deleted)
So, firstly, cause my account is new all my payments are on hold for 21 days…. And for getting my future payments I need to complete some things, one of which is “have no disputes for 60 days”
It’s A LOT of time!
But my friend told me how to receive money without holding it! Through patreon or ko-fi!
so I'll be taking commissions via ko-fi until mid of October!
Also the important thing about commissions, I raised the prices. I did not want to do this since the beginning of the war. But I realized that is very difficult for me because prices have risen everywhere, especially for rent. Therefore, I really hope for your understanding! 💖
And here is a question for followers and people who love my art. I’m thinking about opening a patreon page. So I need to know what YOU are interested to see from me. So it would be very helpful if you answer! Also, I would love to hear any opinions about tiers and prices!

I can receive money on paypal, but they will all be on hold for 21 days. Until the 60 day period ends
As far as I know, Paypal has different rules in different countries. When I opened my last account in Russia, he asked for confirmation through my passport. So it was until PayPal left Russia because of the war.
Now I am in another country and there is no need for confirmation through a passport or anything else.
And I have a debit card linked, but that didn't change anything.
